A healthy business mindset keeps us realistic, develops a strong competitive advantage and produces innovative products and services. In this sense, the world of business has an enormous positive influence on the world. It channels performance.
Yet, when we don’t align performance with the deeper capabilities of human beings, we get the negative effects. Burn-outs. Endless meetings. Quit quitting. Stuck in patterns. No time – or too little time- for valuable learning.
When we integrate and align with the deeper capabilities of people we suddenly create much more value – with fewer time, resources and energy. We break patterns, freeing up right decisions. Our founder, was a lecturer at a business school, he remarks: after doing so much research about leadership and organizations, we often come back at universal truths.
