Leadership programs connecting Business and Kabbala

Balancing two worlds in a grounded way: a business school and kabbala. Leading from your core, where strategy, culture, and purpose drive lasting competitive advantage.

Grounded in ancient traditions

Our programs are rooted in Jewish communities worldwide, Kabbalistic wisdom, and authentic traditions. (A picture of the Arab Baths in Gerona)

Competitive Advantage Starts Within

When leaders and organizations lose sight of their core, their ability to create high value diminishes. True strategy is not just external positioning but aligning with the zeitgeist—reading trends, threats, and opportunities to elevate the world with purpose. Living the higher levels of leadership power

There are two key sayings related to this: “The leader is the microcosm” and “The righteous is the foundation of the world.” What a leader has not developed within themselves, they cannot lead with or from in the world. When a leader unifies all paradoxes within themselves, they can bring that unity to the organization.

There are higher levels of strategy and culture. Leading from competitive advantage and purpose (vision being the inner dimension of purpose). When we operate from a reactive mode, we may strengthen our execution power or capabilities, but our core power and purpose remain disconnected from our leadership, teams, and organizations. The righteous leader stands at the point of the Tree of Life (a fundamental concept in Kabbalah), channeling all levels of strategy and culture. They see through perception and act with precision, where they shorten the path by seeing both “vertically and horizontally.”

If we look at reality, this approach makes sense:

Bridging worlds – business and kabbala

The World of Business: mastering the outer game

At business schools, we learn how to think strategically—competitive advantage, competitor analysis, market demands, changing needs, tapping into new markets, and turning threats and opportunities into products and services. The world of business helps us channel (form) our resources in the right direction.

Companies like Apple and Google are still thriving, while Blockbuster and Kodak are gone. Netflix adapted its business model. The same thinking applies to countries: Singapore and South Korea have risen enormously, while Argentina and Venezuela have fallen.

Yet, the business world often doesn’t show us how to connect with our core as leaders—beyond our coping mechanisms and doubts—to strategically understand what we must create and lead. Where our zeal lies, our deepest strength resides. Kabbala is the inner game of leaders.

Kabbala: mastering the inner game

Kabbala is the inner game. It channels force, our zeal, our inspiration, and our ability to stay healthy and execute with strength. It balances the higher psychological worlds—living from your core, your self, and the clarity of a higher mindset—with action and results. Both are equally important. Kabbala is about living from your core, leading with purpose—and realizing that purpose. Elevating the world.

We must be strict here – you can read all the books, but higher levels of power and consciousness can only be created by higher levels. A person. Someone who knows which gate to open and which door to knock. We -Circle of Gerona – are under supervision of higher leadership thanks to Rabbi Wim Van Dijk and Frits Wilmsen (director of Impeccable Leadership).

The mystical branch of Judaism, Kabbala, provides a super system for leaders. It shows us the 4 mindsets and 10 powers that shape how the world and human beings are created—our physical, emotional, psychological, and divine capabilities.

About Circle of Gerona

Since I was in my twenties, says the founder of Circle of Gerona, I searched the world for the secrets of human transformation, only to find it in my own roots—in Kabbala. In Gerona/Girona, Spain. The Circle of Gerona was one of the most esteemed and earliest Kabbalistic learning circles, perhaps second only to Tzfat (Safed, Israel).

We operate in that spirit—providing a leadership circle to strengthen righteousness and power, diving into and exploring the depths of these teachings.
