Leadership & Kabbala (introduction program)

Core promise: Channeling deeper power.

This one-day program is a grounded introduction to using Kabbala in leadership — in your organization, your team, and your daily reality. This is a day for managers, senior leaders and executives. We focus on self-leadership: you’ll learn to embody the concepts yourself before applying them to your team or organization.

We combine our experience in corporate leadership development with deep roots in Jewish tradition. We’ve worked with multinationals around the world, and this is where business and soul meet. To lead with purpose, strength and built genuine bonds.

We focus on vertical power: changing your presence as a leader, building real connection, understanding the deeper patterns you live through, and clarifying your unique leadership signature. Not leading from fragmentation, but from inner strength and clear purpose — turning higher mental power into high value and elevation.

We help zoom in and narrow critical value gaps:

  • Burn-out and low vitality among leaders
  • 73% of leaders disengaged (Gallup 2025)
  • 79% of employees disengaged globally (87% in Europe)
  • 80% of leaders not truly purpose-driven (HBR)
  • 90% never trained in strategic thinking
  • Cultures lacking depth and integration

This is an introduction — not mastery — but a powerful first step.
