The Kabbalah framework
The system we work with isn’t invented. It’s Kabbalah — the cosmology, the Tree of Life, the sefirot: one of the oldest maps of how power, restraint, ambition and judgement interact inside a person and an organization.
Used well, it does something most leadership models can’t: it gives you a diagnostic. Where is force being applied without structure? Where is judgement crowding out generosity? Which pattern keeps reappearing in your team because it lives in you first?
Prior knowledge helps but isn’t required. Genuine interest and belief in it matter more.

Based in EMEA — Amsterdam, Valencia, and Bonaire in the winter months. We have worked with corporates and leaders worldwide.
How it works
- A maximum of 3–5 individual clients per year; most of my work is with groups
