Our story
The Circle of Gerona (Catalan: Girona)
“It was surreal,” Tom, our founder, recalls. “I searched the world for the ultimate key to human transformation—Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East—only to find it in Gerona.”
For years, he worked with multinationals, always asking: What is the most powerful instrument for human transformation? The answer revealed itself on his 40th birthday as he wandered through El Call, Gerona’s ancient Jewish quarter. Accidentally, I was invited there by friend Ashley. There, amidst the silence, he felt an inexplicable void.
Before the expulsion of the Jews, Gerona was home to one of the world’s most profound Kabbalistic study circles—The Circle of Gerona. Great sages like Isaac the Blind, Azriel of Gerona, and the Ramban laid the foundations of modern Kabbalah, shaping the Tree of Life—a timeless framework for unlocking human potential.
At that moment, it all became clear. Among all the theories and tools he had encountered, Kabbalah stood apart. It was the only system capable of structuring the physical, psychological, and transcendental dimensions of leadership with the precision of a finely crafted Swiss timepiece.
Then, a mentor appeared. A master symbol maker, working behind the scenes in corporate life. —someone who showed him how to translate this ancient wisdom into leadership programs, seamlessly merging business and spirituality.
Thus, The Circle of Gerona was reborn—not just as a memory of the past but as a force shaping the future of leadership.

The power of merging worlds
The business world has its powers and positive influence on the world. It shows us how to create new products/services, to develop a competitive advantage and to improve the world.Without business knowledge, we are spiritually flying or never producing the products and service that are so much needed.
Yet modern day organizations face many challenges which require a different mindset and system to change these challenges. Low Levels of engagement (13% in The Netherlands), leaders without a purpose (according HBR 80%) and the transfer of learning to the job being around 10-22%. People were leaving companies, or quit quitting or trends such as the great attrition.
Kabbala shows us that the world is divided into 4 worlds (see underneath) and accessing these abilities can solve many of the organizational value drivers. High performance leadership and organisations for example require people to have aligned purpose and to have a high level of competence. This is very rare.
